1. He did not call for report on the agenda. If he did he would have known that many are near completion. There were land and other technical problems about some.
2. He should know the pressing need of health facilities in the country.
3. He should give us idea of how many of his day secondary schools he started, as well as other uncompleted projects he left behind.

He directed Collins Dauda to steal USD152million out of USD200million meant for the construction of 5,000 housing units at Saglemi Housing Project reduced to 1,200 with only 600 partially completed without infrastructure. Dr. Opuni and Seidu Agongo stole GHS179million od COCOBOD's money and opened a bank with it. He used Earnest Thompson to inflate price of OBS at SSNIT from USD32million to USD74million. He inflated the cost of Nkrumah interchange to USD260million while Akuffo Addo built Pokuase Interchange which is four tier with over twenty km of roads for USD94million. He extended Kumasi Aiport runway for USD29million. He built Terminal 2 of KIA for USD300million, inflated by 30%. He created power crises, bought Ameri Power Plant for USD510m inflated from USD360million, and went ahead to sign Take of Pay PPAs with several IPPs, for which Ghana pays USD500million capacity charges every year for electric power not used. JM is just a murderer and must not be allowed to go near the presidency.

He said he was going to do 200 E-blocks, and before he left office he was unable to achieve that feat. couldn't he have learnt from that. He is simply saying this out of experience. He is just offering advice based on experience. He says do what your resources can cover, e.g. 40 hospitals, complete them, open them for use and continue with another set. What is wrong with this advice that the former President will have to be roasted just for speaking his mind. After all, where is the money to complete all these projects? The country has been milked dry by greedy politicians to the extent that, even pensioners funds have been taken away from them. Haven't they demolished La General Hospital. For 3 years and still counting, what has been done about it? It is clear that that hospital will not be completed under this administration. Please, let's call a spade a spade. Akufo-Addo and his gang have spent their time squatting at Julor House looting, mismanaging and spitting out deceptions. Agenda-419 is in the same league as Akufo-Addo's false claim about having made a pact with God to build God a national cathedral. This government made similar promises to build district factories, and Ghanaians are yet to see any of those h=factories. To mask its inability to build those promised district factories, the government then asked existing private factories to "opt in" on its district factory agenda. And with the promise on district hospitals, the government unfortunately can't can't ask for opt-ins, for there aren't private hospitals in most districts. The Agenda-419 is a just a deception, as worthless a prophesy of a fake prophet.
