  I THINK THE DCE HAS DONE A VERY GOOD WORK BY INSTILLING DISCILINE IN THAT SO-CALLED QUEEN MOTHER, IN MY VIEW ALL THE DCE'S SHOULD FOLLOW THE EXAMPLARY RESPONSIBILY OF THAT DCE, WELL DONE.
