Now that you have accepted that this dumsor is not as long as during the last one it lays bare the incompetence of the Akufo Addo, Bawumia, NPP government. The dumsor in Mahama rime has its genesis in the NPP Kufour administration, who did virtually nothing about only for it to get worse when NDC was in power and to be solved by Mahama before he left power. Same scenario is playing again. The way NPP used dumsor to campaign against NDC no one thought NPP will be so incompetent to bring us into another dumsor.
