30-1-4.1. Marriage recognition policy.
(1) (a) It is the policy of this state to recognize as marriage only the legal union of a man and a woman as provided in this chapter.

What at all will the president loose if he signs the bill and how long has he left as president of Ghana ? The talking is too much and those who knows what's in the bill are not telling us what's exactly in the bill. Those talking against the bill are not for LGBTQ per se but they are against what's in the bill. Some portions of the bill is not in good taste and I understand some ordinary Ghanaians will land in jail for the simple reason that for instance, if I travel with my brother and it happens that the two of us lodge in a hotel/guest house in the same room and we are reported to the authorities that we have broken some portion of the bill, it will land us in jail. So we have to know what's in the bill first and I think the president is not comfortable with the same reason otherwise people will blame him for instituting a bad law on the citizens before leaving office. We all are against LGBTQ and it's appendages but some areas need to be looked at again so that we all will be satisfied with ourselves.

Simply the President cannot give his assent or otherwise on the bill till after the determination of the case by the Supreme Court. Concentrate on what u know and lecture ur students to pass their exams n stop dabbing in something u don't understand.
