It's very disappointing. They are a group of people in the Service who are in charge of this for him in the Service, we will soon publish the full list, the building they put up for him through this shameful business. So don't label ewes as they people trying to ruin the government, some of the appointees who are over 60 years and are still at post they are running the government down.

How can NPP be the same as NDC. This type of commentary only comes from dissappointed NPP sympathizers. Your folks in leadership during your time in opposition did a lot of disservice to you and Ghana. They spewed a lot of untruths and made you believe them and went along with such narratives. For instance, "Mahama brought DUMSOR for four years" "DUMSOR was not a generation problem but a financial problem".
The truth is at the Energy Commission. They have all the data. Prez Kufour Failed to invest as he expected to hv done for his 8yr period. It's at the tail end of his tenure before he started looking at the Bui dam issue. The project actually materialize when he long left office. Mahama was not lucky. He had the age-long broblem coming down on him during his time due to the inability of N-GAS to supply the needed volume of Gas to Ghana and finally, the broken pipeline that sealed our fate. JDM took responsibility and promised a holistic solution. Atuabo Gas processing plant was done, which saves Ghana $300m annually. Brought in emergency plants as mitigation measures and moved on to sign more contracts with IPPs for more generation. In order to solve the financial aspect of the issue, Mahama and his govt instituted the ESLA to free our Banks and clear our legacy debts. This yealded positive results and by 2016 we were on a positive trajectory :ECG, GRIDCO, VRA etc declared profits in that year. Unfortunately, we hv the NPP coming in 2017 with thier " we know it all" attitude and started tweaking almost all the previous arrangements. Some of us warned them. They stated shouting about excess capacity etc, which were not true. They hoodwinked us and used the ESLA for a collateral for a bond. They had the money but they decided not to pay the energy sector debts but diverted the fund to pay for pensions instead and the energy debts kept in rising till today. So folks If we are having these current problems, "na who cause am"? Ghanaians, wake up from your slumber and tell this people in their faces that they are nation wreckers.
