Can you imagine what Ghana would be like today if we had many more leaders like him since independence? He is very HARDWORKING. He has INTIGRITY, COURAGE, COMMITMENT ,DILLIGENCE and VISION. These are priceless traits in anyone who wants to be a leader whether in a small or large capacity. He is authentic and that is very hard to find these days anywhere and particularly in Africa.
I pray that he will never allow ANYONE to corrupt him. He needs to pay close and careful attention to those he keeps company with RIGHT NOW. He needs to establish boundaries even with extended family. I say this because if any future leadership opportunities arise years down the road any disreputable contacts that are still in
"live mode" (i.e. still maintained),this could come back to bite him very badly.IT IS ALWAYS VITAL FOR THOSE WHO COULD BE IN BIG LEADERSHIP ROLES TO WATCH THE COMPANY THEY KEEP WHILE THEIR LIVES ARE STILL NOT UNDER HUGE PUBLIC SCRUTINY. (ie. "BELOW THE RADAR").

If it were some bloke somewhere without influence in the society, he'd be languishing in the counter-back without so-much of a public outcry.

Whichever political party wins in the next general elections should allow this man to proceed and enforce just 10% of the laws in this country and things will be much better. That idiot of a COP has managed to divert this hardworking IGP from his core mandate.

Personnel’s wish you Aplus know what they are going through under the current leadership. You pass out with someone and all of a sudden the person is leading you with a difference of eight years. Promotion is done according to how you are affiliated with someone. The current administration is the most corrupt and autocratic. Hypocrisy outside but the personnel are suffering. Get close to police officers and they will tell you what they are going through.

Apart from A Plus being brain washed into believing and saying what he's saying now,has he interviewed or conducted any research to ascertain or confirm the veracity of his claim? Police personnel are now dealing with a dictator, tyrant and hypocritical IGP. First time in police history. Dampare has turned everything upside down in the police service currently. A plus should take it upon himself to do a random interview of officers across the country and he will see the rot Dampare has caused the institution. Those his so called beautification of the police headquarters and populist policing strategies are just a cover up for his bad and autocratic leadership. I will advise A plus to talk to some of his police officer friends and come out with his findings as opposed to what Dampare has paid him to come and say. We know all the tricks and tactics of Dampare. Paying celebrities and influencial people in Ghana to sing his praise.

Go and find out how much one has to pay before he or she gets enlisted into the GPS. Go and find out how much one has to pay before entering the Police Academy to be trained as a senior officer. Now we have SPO' s who can't even construct a sentence in the English language because of Dokomi. Under Dampare the GPs is witnessing the worst form of Administration. Vindictiveness, clanisim, Political patronage, nepotism, tribalism and indiscipline. Seniors are service under their juniors. So stop the nonsense. Ok
