Rawlings set good standards in that direction and the rest followed. The current Prez, the worst, has destroyed each and every democratic pillar in Ghana with these sort of appointments. Look at what he has done with the EC, very shameful. When decent minded people try to talk about these ills, they are rather attracted with all venom. JDM spoke about this a few months ago and all hell broke loose. However, I encourage all citizens to rise up and speak about it. We must not allow an overbearing double faced Prez like Akufo Addo to assault all the pillars of our governance like he is doing. He is 80+ and he doesn't care. Sadly the majority of Ghanaians with postgraduate degrees from Canada are not smart; Dr. Bawumia has proven so. Here are some facts: majority of Ghanaians like most of the US or UK laws so why did we end up with a convoluted constitution? Majority of Ghanaians like how the USA or UK is developed so why cant we implement policies and institutions that makes developments possible? Why is it that the absolute majority of Ghanaians in the diaspora who come back to take positions in Ghana government administrations do not come as rich folks but become filthy rich as government officials? His intention is not only to have the courts tilted towards Npp, but also any legal challenge on corruption regarding what he and his family has stolen will have the courts always rule in his favour.
NDC, NDC,NDC, God will give you victory in December. But if you want to have a smooth governance, you'll need to prioritize reforming the courts. Currently the courts are heavily packed with Akufo Addo/Npp aparachiks and you may find it difficult ever winning any corruption case against the appointees in theis gov't. So first reform the courts when you ascend the reign in 2025.

Those who are privy to the true state of the current Ghanaian economy know it would take close to 30 years to return to normalcy. He is now packing the superior courts with NPP fanatics to cover him and the perpetrators of the damage in opposition. What happened to tribal balance in appointments, recruitment, promotions etc in state institutions as a careful way of ensuring national unity and cohesion at all times.

They claim they are Christians but their way of life and conduct are at variance with Christian principles of justice, common good, love, and fairness.
Corrupt political parties in Ghana! Every sector is taking bribes, extorting exorbitant from unemployed graduates to get them job, but nothing works. Is thus not bribery and Corruption?
