  People like this are out there but they kept quiet and supported Dr. Mahamudu Timothy Bawumia to lie to Ghanaians with his economic fallacies. Apart from the scholarly articles published in journals to earn the academic title, professor, any practical contributions to our economic development? That's why I, personally, don't believe fully in publishing articles in journals as a good metric and measure of one's knowledge in a subject area.
