  The License Authority-DVLA, all over the country,
  just take monetary bribes and issues Ghana Drivers License to just anyone without any written tests and going for the actual Driving Test supervised by officials from DVLA. There are no 5 hours classes as a prerequisite for Driving License renewal in Ghana.The "police" take 2 or 3 cedis bribes to let traffic offenders go free.They even solicit for for 2,3 or 5 cedis from drivers for no wrong done.They raise road blocks illegally in isolated back roads just to collect 1,2,3,5 cedis to eat afternoon fufu.They are mostly semi-literate policemen and women who paid bribes to get the police jobs.We witness all these whenever we visit Ghana.
