I swear... immediately I saw that wicked and diabolic photoshop he had posted on his social media status, I instantly blew the alarm by asking some very simple questions about: who, and when that picture was taken. I also asked to be informed what action that supposed photographer took when he or she captured that image. LO, AND BEHOLD...!!!!!!! Very myopic or may be cataract! We have a dead railway system for more than 50 years which has rendered the tracks no man's land. Go to Nsawam station and you will notice a whole market right on the
tracks. This truck driver must be too ignorant of driving rules that the protocols of rail tracks are even nonexistent in his mind. I do not know the age of this truck driver but charles owusu must be so ignorant that he appears not to be aware of the indiscipline permeating the country his govt needs to address, from galamsey to living under hightension pylons.
Hence owusu must be blind and foolish and ignorant not to have asked why checks of the safety of the section of the track to be used for the test run was not assessed and monitored. Drones are all over the planes and these sakawa mafia regime uses them only in meaningless ways.
