The same way a train may have all sensors but it's not designed to break or stop by itself. That's is why you have human driving or operating these machines. However this accident points to sabotage. What was the driver doing there at that time with his truck. Why packing the truck at the middle of the tracks? Why didn't he call any emergency agency (the police or the fire service) when the truck got stuck for help. If this is the attitude of some Ghanaians towards public properties and lives then we don't deserve independence.

I'm now convinced that the accident was deliberately orchestrated, for reasons best known to them. The sector minister has shamelessly admitted that the truck on the tracks was a photoshop! Why would they present a photoshoped image to deceive Ghanaians? I believe they are covering up something but the whole arrangement went bad and hit them right in the face. As long as they will not come clear with the truth, no amount of trying to shift blame would work. Who doesn't know that before rail tracks are used, they are run over by small mobile rail cars to test their suitability or otherwise, not to talk about a whole so-called brand new huge engine having to run on a newly constructed rail line that has not been used for close to four years. I smell an elephant!
