  This is totally wrong. The announcement should have been made by KMA and not Manhyia. There is nothing wrong with blocking the roads but the source of that power should be the political administrator not the chieftaincy. Wha ...

  This is totally wrong. The announcement should have been made by KMA and not Manhyia. There is nothing wrong with blocking the roads but the source of that power should be the political administrator not the chieftaincy. What if any other chief decides to block major roads because of ceremonies?
