Since the old leaders in Africa have totally refused to use their brains, maybe the guy will teach him some commonsensical ways of running an economy which will go a long way to help him.

It is not an issue of being a friend of the West or Russia.Before he came China is seriously addressing Senegal railway problem and Russia already has more Senegalese students than Ghanaian students.
