The only answer to the problems in Ghana is to end all political appointments and be sure all top public officials are elected by votes from either the public or stakeholders in the various sectors. After that Ghana will surely and automatically develop faster by promoting competition which will raise national PRIDE (Patriotism, Readiness, Intelligence, Discipline and Efficiency) as the only 5 attributes in citizens that truly develop or advance any nation. I do not agree with Duncan Williams. The economic hardship is every where around the globe. Government is doing its best to help. People are just lazy to work. Others are not lazy but are not thinking smart. I used to complain about unemployment and hardship in Ghana but when I changed my mindset and reformed myself....I am now ok. I make between 5 to 6k a month and I am able to take very good care of my two kids. There are a lot of opportunities. Don't wait to be employed by someone create Ur own job.

Let me tell you that, the potential to be violent is already there in Ghana and we see it everyday: murders at Ashaiman, Kasoa every day, daylight shootings, ritual killings etc.

Now understand what the pastor is saying: when violence 'officially' errupts, those potentially violent people (thieves, armed robbers, criminals etc) will take advantage of that violence and cause trouble.
