Ghana under NDC government spent tax payers money to construct circle interchange but immediately after the construction, circle became flooded after some heavy downpour. The of contractors didn't provide any engineering solutions to the flooding situation at circle.

JJ also gave Nsawam Canary to the wife Nana Konadu.
