  It's a lie the 10 cedi charge. It is more like 300 cedi plus 10 cedi. You have to go through goro boys at any place in Ghana to even get something done in a month. Why do the officials lie to us? They act like they don't know ...

  It's a lie the 10 cedi charge. It is more like 300 cedi plus 10 cedi. You have to go through goro boys at any place in Ghana to even get something done in a month. Why do the officials lie to us? They act like they don't know what goes on at these government places because they also collect from the corrupt practices....just get an undercover agent who wants to fight corruption and go to any of these places and they are there in the open to arrest.
