  These cheaters have no shame. Everywhere in the world, passports are the most legal identification document. The NPP has decided not to allow some groups to vote and therefore refused to issue them id card. So when the id card becomes the only id for voting, these groups won’t be able to vote. Whoever made this decision needs to know that a sensible government will change this. Those people are as Ghanaians as the mafia criminals.

  Incompetent. You do not ask Parliament to pass a law making Ghana Card the sole ID for voter registration just months away from the elections. That proposal can be handled sometime after the general elections in order to not cause unnecessary confusion for voters right before the forthcoming election.

  Ghana card is the best way to go as a sole document for general elections in Ghana. Again Ghana card should be given to every child the very day the one is born.
