In as much as the act should be condemned, bad policies accounts for such acts. Do we know what health workers go through to keep unknown and abandoned patients only for relatives to come out when the patient dies. What resources are there to take care of such cases. Social welfare is most of the time helpless due to inadequate funding. The paupers fund is no more available so it's the doctors and nurses who use their meager salary to take care of such patients. Governments should put in place the necessary policies and funding for such cases. We are quick to blame people but fail to do the right thing
