The leaked tape exposed the AG's misunderstanding of LC's (letter of credit) ISOs (international standard organisation) GSA (Ghana Standard Authority)etc.
How could a whole AG charge an accused person of supplying "defective vans" without reference to specification,standard or norm in the contract?
What are we talking about?Politics or Business?
If the state ordered ambulances without required specification then ofcourse it's absurd.Tnx.

In any serious advanced country this case should have been thrown out long time ago.
Take the politics out and deal with the details in the contract.
By the way,tell me why the former Minister of Health and Governor of Bank of Ghana are not facing trail?
Why can't AG charge the minister who signed the ambulance contract?
Why did the Governor of Bank of Ghana honour the LC when it was void?
This is dirty political persecusion which has no legal basis.Over to you.

This letter was not exactly a dismissal letter. It was a confidential letter from the Army headquarters to the General headquarters and based on it, the officer was released. He couldn't have been copied because he was not an addressee. What 3as given to Jim will.be his release letter and the details in the confidential letter could not be included in the release letter. The reason for his release may be "services no longer required".
