This is absolutely nonsense. Why on earth do we have so much horrible streets,roads,highways and not forgetting the dusty and potholes in and around most of the towns and cities to see where ever one turns and must be called for an attention before an action ? The money spent on this bogus app could have repair a portion of a deplorable portion of a street some where along the line. Inasmuch as we have these bad roads every where you go we don't need this app. Instead a rapid action to get them re-constructed or rehabilitate them. Instead a waste of time,Energy and money for a useless and meaningless app as if that alone will speedup work on the subject matter. And if you ask how much did the bogus app costed ? one will need to call the police. Ridiculous.
