  We are tired of the lack of responsibility in Ghana. Who is responsible for the street lights? Why are the lights not working? Is there a budget to replace the unfunctioning street lights? Why are we so irresponsible as people? The black man, the black man, no wonder no one respects us across the globe. Kwame Nkrumah you were wrong because the black man have proved that he is uncapable of taking care of his own affairs.
