We have two types of PHD one is awarded through academic excellence and the other is awarded through good service to humanity which is also called honouraly doctorate. We also have two meaning to the letters PHD one is doctor of philosophy and the other is pull him down. There is a village chief calling himself a doctorate degree holder we dont know if its an honouraly one or academic one neither do we know which university awarded him that PHD. But his character shows that he is typically of the PULL HIM DOWN type. It has even come to light all the noise he is making he has no land on his own.
