Wasn't your running mate who just recently told a mining community that if NDC wins power, God forbid, they will teach the youth how to do proper galamsey? Why will anybody teach somebody to engage in an illegality?

When they issued the statement about the bad nature of our water it was not political. When they have seen some improvement and reporting same, it is political. What country are we leaving in?

He brought his fingers to his nose as he said that while looking at me in the eyes to spite me. I wonder what he what he has to say about the water from his tap in Cape Coast and his hometown where the sources are heavily contaminated by the uncontrollable activities of illegal miners.

Turbidity is not a big issue that citizens must worry about. The rivers if left undisturbed will settle on its own and the silt will settle to the river bed as SLIM which will gradually enter the sea. The main problem is the ...

Turbidity is not a big issue that citizens must worry about. The rivers if left undisturbed will settle on its own and the silt will settle to the river bed as SLIM which will gradually enter the sea. The main problem is the HEAVY METALS like mercury, arsenic and lead. All living organisms will take in these heavy metals. Mercury ingestion has a cumulative effect so let us not lay too much emphasis on TURBIDITY.
