Why wouldn't the people away from the construction site or vicinity permanently until the construction is complete? Is it difficult to do?
They can't. The construction of the new road is just parallel to the old road which is still in use.
The Chinese are known to be highly indiscipline ppl and Ghanaians shd know the sort if ppl we are dealing with.Most neighbours in Asia do not enjoy their relationship.

It's unghanaian to hit the head of the Chinese with the plank. I don't think the Chinese intentionally caused the death of our compatriots. It's an accident. Police should fish out the guy and arrest him.
