From what happened on Saturday, 12th October, 2024, it means that the young man has been driving the vehicle for some time, without control from the parents.
There are times there is no difference between belief and madness.
That is being demonstrated in the Israeli attack on Gaza and Lebanon with the Christian west providing the weapons.
Since this is not an act of nature, then its an act caused by man, which is an accident, but on the other hand is qualified as manslaughter because of the way and manner Elrad speed without taking the safety of other road users into consideration.
