I totally agree with Justice Abdulai. I expect that when a Supreme Court decision is even different from expectations of the ordinary person the explanation to the decision would be so compelling that the decision would find general acceptance with the people. This has not been the case including the current decision which when juxtaposed against the Santrokofi, Akpafu, Likpe and Lolobi 'Constituency' clearly brings out the bias and hypocrisy of the Supreme Court. 2 different rulings for the same situation. The SC's credibility is in tatters and in the drain.
