The only ibstitutoon whose rrsults are official is the EC.
Congratulations to the NDC and Ghana. Though not the results some of us expected, GHANA HAS WON. However it would have been better if the NDC had waited for the EC to officially declare the results.

The EC cannot declare as early as political parties. Parties don't need to meet at constituency collation centers followed by regional collation centers. The parties can declare on seeing 80% or results but Ec can't do that. ...
