After that, ownership of that land must be clearly defined. If Nii Ayi Bonté thinks corporate structures are a better bet, well then, so be it and I would agree with him. But his traditional Council should however do well to set up a serious professionall organization to locate and manage all their lands within his domain.

If the government decides today that we no longer, as a country, need Aburi Gardens, Nsawan Prisons, and Peduasi lodge, the land has to go back to the people of Akwapim. IT IS THEIR LAND. They originally gave the land to government for development. What do you think should happen? that, the government should corruptibly steal or sell it amongst friends? It is not theirs to LEGALLY disperse. The same thing happened to Achimota forest a few years ago. When the Govt was contemplating on relinquishing the land.
