Mahama never said he will sign the bill. He only said he is a Christian and his values never support LGBTQ+. When asked if he will sign the bill, he said he has to read what is in it first before he can decide.
This mp's level of ignorance is scary. The bill once not assented to, died with the 8th parliament. It just can't be presented to the new president for assent. This is a new order. The old has expired
