Foolishness meets the law.
There is a law in this country that governs how auctions are carried out. If the NDC boy has a problem with the price the vehicle was sold,he should find out the annual depreciation rate for government vehicles(i think it's about 20-25% per year), find out how old the vehicle is,find out which auctioneer handled the auction, how the auctioneer determined the minimum amount to be paid for the vehicle during auction.
When you get all these facts,you can then know for sure if there was an illegality or not.
If the victim goes to court and proves his case,this ndc boy will understand that before the law, "my party is in power" will not save you.
