Recruitment without budgetary allocation. You guys should go and find out before coming to crusify the Ndc. You want to collapse ECG yet recruiting over thousands of npp foot soldiers last minutes and same runs through every sector.
Will they recruit that way should those institutions been their private companies?

The new government is just 3 months old. Give it some time. Removing those employed hastily and without due process after the NPP lost the elections should also be reviewed as part of the rest.
