  I can't believe this that a high level of educated people in this association will allow such things to happen. When even JHS and SHS old students associations are doing better by regular submission of financial statements, regular elections to elect their leaders. It is a big shame

  GIMPA is a rotten institution from the Governing Council down. How can a student impose himself as a class rep and when the issue is reported to the Dean of Academic Studies will refuse to take any action. Since completing from that institution in 2022 I have never advised any of the people in my circles to pursue higher in GIMPA because of bad leadership.

  Nine years ago I applied for a position teaching LEAN and Six Sigma at GIMPA. I implemented it at IBM in 1991 after studying it at a top ranked USA graduate program. Then I created much of the USA defense industry programs in the 1990s and 2000s. I am also published in the field. I wanted to share my considerable expertise with Ghana.
  
  GIMPA suggested I cut my dreadlocks.
  
  I'm about to publish my QA Handbook for the American Society Of Quality. I have little interest in helping GIMPA since my dreadlocks are now 10-years longer. *Stupid people think stupid things.* I pray he is replaced with a less stupid person.
