    MTN must have a policy or put in place a policy to varify if someone is withdrawing more than five hundred cedis. If such a policy is put in place she wouldn't have lost up to eleven thousand cedis.

    It appears that these days, a one can no longer initiate a process to reverse a money transfer on the MTN Network. If this is correct, then an explanation (better than that social engineering rubish), should be provided.
