  If you politicians spend money on hospitals across Ghana, there will be no need for politicians to run overseas for medical care; nor will be any need for rich Ghana philanthropists to fly Ghanaians out of the country to seek medical care when they incur injuries or afflicted with illnesses. Fund hospitals in Ghana, and pay healthcare workers decent wages.
