In fact nobody should condone with Ralph’s behaviour characterised with the nature of the described assault on the nurse.Mind you two wrongs cannot solve problems or make things right. Your tone in the background video was not in conformity with your status as a doctor in nursing.
Doing doctorate in nursing teaches multidisciplinary material and stuff as to how to comport oneself in solving the difficult and day to day complex problems yet you presented yourself with such poor, warped communication skills and interpersonal relationships. You have failed big time and gargantuanly.
A good nurse should be humble, have good communication skills, slow to anger, slow to speak but patient when there seems to be no patient, reliable and responsible. Tenkorang the way and to extent you handled the matter was too much to astronomical levels which was unacceptable and uncalled for.
The Bible in psalms 25:28 says he who has no control over his spirit (anger) is like a city with broken down walls hence in my opinion is a fool and has no wisdom.
We can only source our problem solving skills and wisdom from God.
Dr Tengkorang sit down and do a reflection with your empirical knowledge in evidence based nursing.
Do your introspection and reflection very well ; this will give you clues as to how to handle such sensitive issues in future.
