He has in his lifetime swung from a left wing ultra-revolutionary whose position at the time was that the PNDC was too conservative, to a shameless ultra-right wing opportunist who has continued to stand firmly behind and for what can be described as Africa's most corrupt govt of Akuffo Addo. It is no surprise therefore that the that he is now jumping to the defense of an elitist clique of comprador sentiments who consider themselves as untouchable and above the law. It's like trying to compare the crime of a trained law enforcement officer and that of a lay civilian, their punishments for the same crime will be different simply because the law enforcement officer is trained and expected to act better. You have to detach sentiments to know what she was removed for is deserving. Ironically, she denied calling someone to the bar for behavioural issues and got tied for the same thing.

Or at best what he should have done is to take the money he is due and leave the rest in the bank for his employer.
He travels, came back and the employer informed that he was overpaid his per diem. He later make efforts to have the amount refunded.
A manager in a state institution varied the punishment a disciplinary committee gave to a worker. A court has come out to say that the managing director abused his position and acted capriciously.
It means that he is not fit for the post.
