We used to wonder why a priority project with retired funding was creeping worse than slug. It destroyed our vehicles, our businesses and rendered the local economy moribund. Mind you we have had the privilege of observing how a priority project is executed in times past. This, clearly, was not it. If it was, we would have been driving on it by now per the contract terms. Be minded again that this statement is backed by personal, first-person, on the spot evidence. Symptomatic of the last 8 years, this project was only another charade, as all others were, to fleece the state and the people of Ghana for political and private economic gain.

Sadly when NDC won the election, Agbodzah went round telling the whole world that Akuffo Addo did not leave any money behind for those projects.How can GoG keep money in a Safe/Drawer for such transactions.
