The Constitution says the president "SHALL" follow the recommendations of the committee. The president does not have a choice.

2). Error==>>...Some common synonyms of error are blunder, lapse, mistake, and slip. Being a lawyer don’t you know when one has multiple cases before court and the first trial comes to an end with conviction based on guilt verdict, the judge or judges don’t wait for the others to be heard and ended before deciding to pass their judgment(s).
The culprit is accordingly convicted and the other trials continue.
If the culprit fails to appear for the other cases, the court goes ahead to hear the case and then pass judgment in absentia.

A CJ uses the tax payers money to sponsor her private trip with her family, pays the family perdiem as though they are employees of the judiciary service and she's been asked to refund the money. Because the crimes are independent of each other. The petitions were submitted by different people/groups at different times and are considered independent.

The weapons of mass destruction over which they went to Iraq according to their one investigations don't exist. The same applies to Syria, Libya and Sudan.
The matter is that the former Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Sackey Torkornu was dismissed for misconduct.
There are several rulings from the Supreme Court that a servant whose conduct is incompatible with the faithful discharge of his duty to his master may be dismissed ....
Dismissal is also justified in the case of a servant if his conduct has been such that it would be injurious to the master's business to retain him. (Halsbury's Laws of England (3rd ed,) Vol. 25, page 487, para.938.
Justice my cousin in-law was not faithful to her employer because she should have given back the money she was overpaid back to the employer which is the Judicial Service.
She should not have varied a disciplinary committee recommendation.
From the same Supreme Court it is stated: From the findings of the Disciplinary Committee, trust between the plaintiff and the defendant as an organization has not been lost so that foundation of the relationship of worker and employer, trust., that must at all times be present for the relationship to exist is still present between the parties. The Disciplinary Committee recommended demotion for the plaintiff, but I have taken into account the punishment that the plaintiff has so far suffered between his dismissal and this judgement in his favour and consider that he has been sufficiently punished for his indiscretion of the facts of the case.
