You should prosecuted these Chinese who always pretend they dont speak English anytime the police catch them at illegally mining. It is so annoying to watch them behave so stupidly pretending yet they are able to communicate well enough to be living there. Poisoning all of us and then once they make their money comfortably leaving back to China or only getting deported when caught. Either way they get to enjoy the money whilst we get to drink and eat their mercury and heavy metals. Sometimes I wish they could just be shot on site when caught red handed illegally mining.

Yes, you can educate them on how to escape prosecution in Ghana. Now that we’re having Chinese lawyers in Ghana, Ghanaians who are helping these Chinese GALAMSEYers must be careful of their actions. Trust me, these Chinese lawyers will be rich in a short period of time, and Ghana will experience a flood of Chinese GALAMSEYers all over. We need to amend the constitution, Ghana is going astray! The 1992 constitution today is cheap. It had a purpose yesterday but today it has no purpose, it needs to be amended. A constitution which gives the citizens the power, is what Ghana needs but not the one that gives every single power to the president.

They continue to come to Ghana in droves because they have heard about how lax Ghana authorities are towards Chinese galamsey crooks, and they also like the fact the Ghana has been kind enough to have road abnd highway signs in Chinese, making it easy for them to navigate the territory.
