  The Security Officers should treat such criminals very harshly as the Chief Sheriff of Arizona does in Uncle Sam’s place. Such criminals are Gang chained and made to do very hard work under the scorching sun from 7:00 AM up ...

  The Security Officers should treat such criminals very harshly as the Chief Sheriff of Arizona does in Uncle Sam’s place. Such criminals are Gang chained and made to do very hard work under the scorching sun from 7:00 AM up to 5:00PM and are fed only once at lunch. The Police who accompany such criminals move with very Wild Police dogs who shall maul any criminal who plays the fool while on duty. I remember working with an ex convict from Arizona who confessed that nothing will let him fool around and be sent to jail in any Arizona Police jail. Arizona and Atlanta Police Jails are not places criminals want ever to be sent back to.
  The services of the Military can be sought to discipline criminals who try to make the Police Jails resting places. The Police and the Military Officers who accompany criminals on duty should treat them horribly so that they don’t make the Prisons a kind of resting places. Let them work very hard every day for them to learn that Police and Prison Cells are meant for punishment and not enjoyment. No person sent to Arizona Police or Prison Cells would ever want to go back again.
