  Ghanaian drivers don't listen,overspeedings, wrongful overtakings especiallyin curves, they like overtakings especially on hills why crawling,no vehicles maintenance especially worn-out tyres,ministry of Transport must invest heavily on speed tracker devices which automatically transmits fines through the mobile phones of offender driver with the car number plate and to the relevant office incharge to accountabilities, the reason every mobile phone user is registered by data systems is automated immediately the offence is committed, with such a system,every driver will comply speed marked zone on the roads!
