  Why did the ministry step in? The dollar has come down as well as inflation so I thought Clement Apaak and his 419 government could explain to Ghanaians why the fees were increased.

  Another useless minister. Who will educate your children for £200.00 a year. Who feed their children less than £200.00 a year.
  Too many of our children are only in the institutions because we can not feed them at home.

At the same time you want to increase utility services. What do expect parents and guardians to do.Dont arrest any student lady practicing prostitution to pay her fees
