  Years back when I bought land around Adjiringanor - Otanor- Old Trasacco area, the Chief in charge of whats’s today Nmai-Dzor/ School Junction/Phase 2 was Okpelor Sowah. When I went to TMA in Tema to find out about the legitimacy of lands around the that area, I was advised to deal only with Okpelor Sowah if the plots between Otanor/ Adjiringanor/Old Trasacco and University Farms.
