I thought this Oppong Nkrumah guy studied B.coms at Cape Vars; why can he not understand that Cocoa Farmers are paid from the Cocoa that is sold on the World Market, so if prices fall , payment to Farmers will also fall and if prices go up Farmers are paid accordingly.Does one need some special education to understand this.
