  Can't we correct/ amend the short comings of the previous exercise, without doing the whole thing again? Is the new exercise going to require citizens to part with money?

  My questions are if they have recorded zero fingerprint matches what have they done so far to find out what went wrong? Who were the people involved in rolling out the registration? Was there a corruption in the implementation of the exercise? Have there been any arrests for causing financial lost to the state? How much is the new registration exercise going to cost the country? Please inform Ghanaians us (the citizens) on what went wrong.
