Man 'cries' after cheating girlfriend allegedly calls police on him

A video has surfaced on social media in which a man recounts his ordeal, alleging that his cheating girlfriend caused him significant distress.

In the video, which has been circulating on X and was sighted by GhanaWeb on March 21, 2026, the man, who chose to remain anonymous, narrated how he previously caught his girlfriend involved in another romantic relationship.

According to him, he ended the relationship after discovering her infidelity, but later took her back following her pleas.

He explained that after reconciling, he recently caught her cheating again, which led to a heated confrontation.

“I was with this lady who has been involved with different men. I caught her, and she insulted me, saying she could no longer be with me, which I accepted. Later, she reached out through one of my friends and begged me to take her back.

“Can you imagine, after forgiving her, I still caught her cheating on me with another man? She took my phone, and I also seized hers,” he said.

The man further alleged that following the altercation, the woman called the police on him.

According to him, the police unlawfully broke into his apartment through a window, damaged some of his property, and took about GH¢2,800 from his savings.

“After I took her phone, she told me she had a police boyfriend whom she would call. Can you imagine, the police came in through my window and made away with my TV and soundbar?

“They even ransacked my room and took my savings of about GH¢2,800. My landlord is now asking me to fix the broken window. I am appealing to the public to help me get this girl arrested,” he added.
