Doesn't this man know that turbulence is caused by weather conditions and has nothing to do with the airline / pilot.

He should google on ho turbulence occurs and he'll know that the phenomenon is caused by many factors including wind, drop n atmospheric pressure, heating/warming of surrounding air and many others.

Air plane turbulence may be scary but never never dangerous. Turbulence is natural occurance and planes are built to withstand it. It's not dangerous

It can be dangerous sometimes. People have been hospitalized with broken limbs because of turbulence but what the guy is mid turbulence. Probably his first time of flying
