Many parts of Kumasi major streets are in darkness from Santasi roundabout through Patasi, Bantama to Suame roundabout no streets lights and many other streets in the metropolis have no streets lights. So I'm at a loss for the minister to mention only Asokwa as if it's only area where there are no streets lights. What has happened is a wake up call for him to set his priorities right.
