  We don't have thinkers in Ghana, we only like titles and the prestiges that come with positions. Instead of using our God-given brains to do many things, we pray over anything. Who constructed the building? Whose duty was it to demolish it? How many of such old uncompleted structures are in Ghana including the Krofrom market? Would anyone be sacked for negligence to serve as a deterrent? It's so sad Ghanaians are reactive and not proactive. Until we stop our firefighting approach to problem solving we will not get anywhere.
