The people known as "football people" in Ghana are petty minded, position/appointment-seeking, oncompetent, corrupt characters. They always elect the worst of kind as the executives of Ghana Football.

Then these corrupt, incompetent, self-serving executives keep messing up Ghana football and blame it all on coaches. Under the current executives, several coaches have been hired for the Black Star, yet at end the never ending poor performances are blamed on the coaches and the coaches are ridiculed in the eyes of the public. The only factors that have not changed are the Executives of Ghana Football and persistent horrible state of Ghana football and persistent poor performance/results.

Carlos Queiros only has a long list of national teams and club sides he has coached in the past but nothing to write home about in terms of performance and results. The football people have just set up Ghana for another F grade.

This coach is just experienced in non-achievement. He has not won anything major in his coaching career. He failed at real madrid with players like Ronaldo Nazario, Raul, Roberto Carlos Beckham and co. This guy came to mistakenly replace the most successful coach in Spain's history Vicente del Bosque and till date that curse hangs on the head of real Madrid. He never won anything. Even the world cup matches he played in not including the 2002 one. He played 13 matches won only 3 drew 4 and lost 6. How can this coach be better. What kind of clueless and incompetent people we have at the GFA and Sports ministry. Common the likes of Vicente Del Bosque and Joachen low are available.

It's not like he's Guardiola, Mourinho, Renard etc who focuses on only top teams a so their records are high. This Coach has a solid achievements in winning global titles but focuses on sending soccer minnows who already don't have great records in football to WC and not giants like SpainArgentina, Brazil etc to the WC .The guy is A grade who was involved at Real,Man U. etc. What was Mourinho record was he first coached Porto to cl triumph. Some of these journalists are very wicked. They’re creating negative stories to gain traction while fuelling unnecessary negativity against the coach even before he starts his work. The man played many games with Iran at the World Cup. Iran is not a football nation but he did well with them considering the resources he had. Why would they keep him for 8 years if he wasn’t good for them? Some people are just too emotional and will fall for anything these diabolical journalists throw at them.
